The Zugspitze is the highest peak in Germany, towering at 2,962 meters (9,718 ft) above sea level. On my first visit, the weather was unfavorable and visibility was poor, so I was unable to capture any photos. After capturing a beautiful sunrise at Geroldsee, I decided to make a second trip to the Zugspitze. This time, the visibility was clear and perfect for photography. Although I was not prepared for the low temperature on the mountain, I managed to stay for about half an hour and take some great photos that made my trip to Munich well worth it.
