The second half of my trip to Germany brought me to Hamburg, the third largest port in Europe and a city with a distinct character. As I walked through Hamburg, I was struck by how the city seamlessly blends modernity and history. From towering church halls to historic port buildings from a century ago to the modern Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg truly has it all. I was truly delighted to have the opportunity to visit this amazing city.
